The aim of this course is for members to learn how to improve their photography by using a smart phone up to top end DSLRs. An explanation will be given to participants on why a digital can capture better photos than a phone. The course also details the basics of photography covering the relationship between shutter speed, aperture and ISO, as well as covering concepts of white balance and picture composition. Furthermore, instructions will be given on how to take portraits, landscapes, bird and wildlife photos. This course also introduces the post production process and the choice, benefits and limitations of different editing programs, which would prepare students for a Photoshop/Lightroom or an ON1 Raw course at a later stage. Wednesday
In this course members will learn various techniques of photo elements to open the world of Photoshop Elements to their imagination. No previous skills are needed, just a genuine interest in the subject. Tuesday
