Content: Hatha yoga mind, body and breath exercises. Stretch relaxation and meditation techniques. Body balance and Mantra yoga, yoga philosophy and chakras.
This course involves yoga with weights and props. It tones and shapes muscle groups, conditions and strengthens the body, teaches balance, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Students need to bring : yoga mat, towel, water and wear comfortable gym clothes and gym shoes. 6.45 am - 8.00 a m
