For beginners, men and women of all age groups.
Content: Breath and yoga flowing movement, classical yoga basics, stretch class, introduction to meditation and relaxation, mantra yoga voice and the breath.
This course involves yoga with weights and props. It tones and shapes muscle groups, conditions and strengthens the body, teaches balance, breathing and relaxation techniques. Students need to bring: yoga mat, sanitiser, towel, water and wear comfortable gym clothes and gym shoes.
